Our client an international full service digital agency is looking for a dynamic Lead Social Media Manager to join their team and help shape the company’s future! This position requires strong social media skills, creativity, and unique way of thinking.
Salary: $75K – $85K
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Build a top-notch social media management team, while performing on hands-on basis.
- Create and manage social media pages (FB, IG) for small businesses in the beauty/ fashion industry.
- Hire and manage 10 additional social media managers.
- Build content calendars and create graphics for post.
- Strong analytical skills to create custom audiences and optimize social campaigns.
- Be the main point of contact with your clients and in charge of all communication.
- Influence users by responding to comments or writing on other pages relevant responses to engage.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience managing social media accounts.
- Excel in effectively communicating information and ideas in written and verbal format.
- Design skill and/or the ability to create attractive content using tools like Canva.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Hands on team leader with a strong work ethic.
- High-level digital fluency.
- Customer service mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Any related certifications (Hootsuite, HubSpot, DigitalMarketer, etc.) is a plus
