Job Responsibilities of Licensed Health Insurance Agent:

  • Answering inbound calls to consult with customers on products offered to find the best solution for their situation
  • Negotiate and/or consult with interested parties working towards the sale with competitive commission incentives
  • Responding to questions related to coverage and annual charges
  • Aiding customers with the overall enrollment process, understanding their overall needs
  • Following up with customers to finalize the enrollment process
  • Maintaining accurate data, completing logs and reports in a timely fashion

Qualifications of Licensed Health Insurance Agent:

  • Ability to work remotely
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • 1+ years of customer service, and/or sales experience (Required)
  • 1+ years of professional health insurance experience (Preferred, but will provide training)

Pay: $18/hr plus potential to earn an additional $4/hr attendance bonus

Schedule for Licensed Health Insurance Agent:

  • 11:00AM – 8:00PM
  • Open Sunday – Saturday, MUST be available to work one weekend day per week
  • Full-time position with overtime opportunities available
