What
In our expanding team, you will start as an individual contributor ensuring the quality of our products and implementations and grow to build and lead the QA team. You will help create and implement strategies that include manual and automated testing; work with development, DevOps, and support to engrain QA into core build, test, and release processes.
Need to Have
- Experience managing and leading quality assurance engineering teams
- Experience building and scaling strategic and cross-functional teams from the ground up
- Love to break things
- Front-end and back-end testing experience
- Manual regression or exploratory testing experience
- Hands-on experience with QA automation tools
- Experience working with development teams on continuous integration and delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup environment
- Focus on enterprise SaaS
- E-commerce experience (regardless of the platform)
- Working experience in a fully remote working environment
Where
For this position, we are looking for candidates located in the United States.
