Lead Business Analyst, Web Engagement

Overview

As a Lead Business Analyst, Web Engagement, you will lead efforts for delivering and supporting world-class customer engagement and content platform powered by Adobe Cloud applications. Your work will consist of driving global improvements in process and user experience and adoption of the digital capabilities across the key business communities. You are a thoughtful problem solver who is adept at understanding & translating the business needs into relevant solutions. Often, this individual serves as a trusted partner to the key business owner to facilitate prioritization and value realization. This role is part of the Digital Center of Excellence with a focus to develop and provide strategic direction and expertise in the digital domain driving organization-wide digital transformation. The position can be remote and preferred it be aligned with US working hours.

What you will do

  • Be the master and facilitator of the business processes across the defined functions and understand customer engagement lifecycle and touchpoints.
  • Perform process gap analysis to identify opportunities and technology solutions fit
  • Guide, advise and lead business partners, analysts, SMEs, vendors, to ensure end-to-end process design, user journeys and functional requirements are defined.
  • Evaluate functional features & options to determine fit/gap to relevant business processes & requirements
  • Perform functional feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
  • Compile/summarize and communicate recommendations to business leads, Solution Architect, Product Owners and COE leadership.
  • Translate business requirements into Agile framework, best practice and user stories/epics ensuring technical teams (internal & external resources) can design/develop the solutions meeting business objectives.
  • Lead discovery & prioritization sessions in order to develop an ordered backlog of requirements Periodically lead re-assessment of priorities and initiatives to help update roadmaps and feature plans
  • Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business and IT partners
  • Act as a liaison from the technology groups to ensure the value of technology and influence consensus across stakeholders
  • Understanding the strategic direction of the business and related IT platforms, including an in-depth understanding of systems topography and services across the enterprise and how they relate to target groups
  • Lead other business analysts & developers on Product team to drive continuous functional improvements process & user experience improvements
  • Establish functional best practices where is appropriate

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, business architecture, Project management or equivalent degree.
  • 7+ years working experience and proven success as a functional analyst or business analyst Digital project experience
  • 7+ years of progressive & hands-on process & functional design, user journeys & user stories development with Web & Marketing Engagement SaaS applications including content mgmt, search optimization, lead management, self-service portals, site analytics and marketing campaign management within the Adobe suite of technologies\
  • 7+ years of working with Web & eCommerce organization, processes & stakeholders including both internal and external customer
  • 5+ years of Agile SCRUM practices and product team lifecycle and methodologies. Experience with Agile management tool(s) (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Experience with TestRail, Xray, Selenium, or Appium
  • 5+ years of marketing automation process & solutions within salesforce.com
  • 5+ years of project management with cross-functional teams (internal & external) implementing large, complex global solutions
  • 5+ years of functional & project leadership of analysts/developers from discovery to training to deployment of end-to-end solutions
  • 3+ years of system integration with backend ERP systems and complex technology ecosystem
  • Project Management Certification highly desired
  • Agile Scrum training or similar accreditation a plus
