Overview:
This is a REMOTE position.
The Lead Data Analyst leads data development efforts to support Market Optimization, Experience Design and Product Development, and ministry analytical objectives. This role leverages expert knowledge in Epic and Clarity data workflows and SQL development to answer complex healthcare business questions. The Lead Data Analyst will interpret requests for insight, collaborate with relevant data stakeholders to identify key data needs, design solutions, and implement sustainable database processes in partnership with Mercy Technology Services and ministry teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
- Other:
- Deep experience in data mining with large datasets (multiple tables over 1 TB in size)
- Epic and Clarity certifications and/or hands on data mining experience: Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing Certification, Clarify Data Model Certification
- Clarity SQL with EPIC application development experience is preferred
- HANA and Tableau development experience is preferred
