Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?

We’re looking for an Operations & Logistics Specialist to own the operational workflows that keep our people and business running smoothly. You’ll work across People Operations, payroll, finance operations, travel, events, and internal systems, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and well organised.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, improving processes, and making sure the details behind a growing company are handled properly.

What Will You Do?

  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, from contracts and onboarding through role changes, payroll updates, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, addendums, and other people documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll, contractor invoices, expenses, and approvals, ensuring payments are accurate and on time.
  • Manage company travel, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and employee travel queries.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, venues, vendors, and on-the-ground logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records across employee data, leave, sick days, bookings, expenses, contracts, and operational documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR and operational queries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating when required.
  • Manage SOWs, Change Orders, signatures, and documentation to ensure complete and accurate records.
  • Continuously improve operational workflows, documentation, and internal processes to make them more efficient and scalable.
  • Build and maintain automation and workflow improvements that reduce manual work, data entry, and errors.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience managing employee lifecycle processes, contracts, documentation, and HR administration.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, contractor payments, expenses, and financial administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience coordinating travel, events, offsites, vendors, and company logistics.
  • Comfortable managing confidential employee and financial information with discretion.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented and proactive, with a track record of identifying ways to improve operational workflows.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll, expense, e-signature, and other business systems.
  • Experience using automation tools to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing, and internationally distributed environment.

Desirable

  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, agency, or remote-first company.
  • Experience managing operations across multiple countries or regions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HRIS, payroll platforms, expense management, e-signature, and workflow automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of employment compliance and payroll requirements across multiple markets.
