Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
- Through proactive direct sourcing, advertising, networking, and referrals, aggressively recruits and builds a pipeline of targeted prospective candidates and industry contacts.
- Assess and analyze candidate’s technical and professional skills through careful resume screening and phone interviews.
- Manages applicant tracking system ensuring system is regularly updated throughout the process; manages phone screen synopsis, and documentation of all feedback.
- Negotiate wages and other terms and conditions of employment.
- Meet or exceed set goals in a competitive environment.
Recruiter Job Requirements:
- 3+ years Staffing industry experience.
- Experience in Skilled Trades Recruiting (Aerospace & Defense)
- Advanced internet recruiting/sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Able to interact effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Able to work flexible hours on short notice as needed.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals.
- Be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
