Job Summary:
- Answer incoming calls of individuals having interest in our services.
- Educate family members and prospective residents regarding our services.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships and follow up with residents, families and referral sources regarding potential admissions.
- Enter and update customer information and notes in the database.
- Conduct interviews of potential residents the facility.
- Verify potential resident insurance coverage and income.
- Coordinate and facilitate appropriate admission to our facility.
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of client payment sources, for example; Medicaid, Social Security, SSI, MLTC.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Dedication and compassion to provide seniors with services.
- Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- Must be comfortable presenting our Assisted Living services over the phone.
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
