4+ years of experience in the area. REQUIRED
Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, including but not limited to HIPAA. REQUIRED
Familiarity with US/EU/GULF health care relevant legislation and standards for the protection of health information and patient privacy.

At this position, you will be a key contributor at different phases of the IT project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture, maintenance, and the detailing of the overall process. You will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation, and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable Healthcare industry to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

We are looking for a person, who is able to:
Elicit business needs or an idea during Presales and Discovery stage.
Combine a project scope and deliver that to a Project team and Customer.
Build a complete set of documentation based on discovered needs and validate it.
Support development teams during project, and regularly communicate with the Customer.
Coordinate requirements change management and related dependencies.
Contribute into UAT processes.

Qualification and Education:
Baccalaureate degree in health information management or a related healthcare field, or 4+ years of experience in the area. REQUIRED
Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, including but not limited to HIPAA. REQUIRED
Familiarity with US/EU/GULF health care relevant legislation and standards for the protection of health information and patient privacy.
Demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve goals.
Demonstrated skills in providing excellent service to customers.
Attention to detail necessary.

Requirements:
Experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using IT.
Experience in requirements definition using a wild range of BA techniques and tools, deployment of business requirements to information systems, risk management.
Ability to follow rigorous system development life cycle, to use quality and project management best practices, and to ensure compliance with processes related to regulatory or compliance requirements, including change control and problem management procedures.
Strong organization, facilitation, written and oral communication, presentation skills, and persistent in the face of obstacles or challenges.
Ability to maintain sufficient business and technical expertise to be comfortable communicating business and technical requirements with a wide audience.
Ability to educate business users and management on new business processes and procedures.
Multi-tasking, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Tendency to self-development and professional proactivity.
Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+).
