Support Manager

We are searching Support Manager in a team with written and spoken fluent English and GERMAN!!!

HARD SKILLS:
– Solid grasp of writing techniques (email, content, creative writing).
– Written and spoken fluent English and German.
SOFT SKILLS:
– Exceptional communication skills to be able to face customer needs and requests on a daily basis.
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.
– Keen eye for detail.
– Overwhelming passion and enthusiasm for an exceptional product.
WILL BE A PLUS:
– Hands-on experience in the customer facing projects/activities.
– Knowledge of other foreign languages (French, Spanish, Dutch).
– Ability to explain complex stuff with simple words.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Documenting product updates in the product documentation (Manuals,
FAQs, List of services, etc.).
– Creating engaging feature announcement texts (Release Notes for web and mobile applications).
– Supporting clients in their support requests and ideas for product improvement.
– Localizing the product for international markets (EN, DE, FR, ES, NL, RU).
– Helping out with the translations from English to German and vice versa.
– Research of competitive tools on the global market and other business-analysis related tasks.
