Full-cycle Recruiter

We are looking for a Full-cycle Recruiter who can independently manage the recruitment process from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding.
The main focus will be international digital and marketing roles.

Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and build structured candidate profiles
Analyze the market and salary levels
Develop sourcing strategies for each vacancy
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards and professional communities
Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate test assignments and interviews
Prepare offers and support candidates through the hiring process
Handover candidates for onboarding
Maintain vacancies and candidate information in ATS/CRM
Track recruitment performance and work with recruitment metrics

Requirements:
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience with digital and marketing roles: SMM, SEO, PPC, Media Buying, Content, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards and social media
Ability to write personalized and effective outreach messages
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Experience with ATS/CRM
Structured, proactive and independent approach
