Recruiter Freelance (Project-Based) MilTech (Kyiv)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter based in Kyiv to support hiring on a project basis for a fast-growing company in the Military Technology (MilTech) sector.

This role involves sourcing and closing candidates across a diverse range of positions from IT and engineering roles to manufacturing and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage full-cycle recruitment (job briefing sourcing interviews offer stage)
– Source candidates for IT, manufacturing, and operational roles
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
– Collaborate with hiring managers
– Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews
– Ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements
– 3+ years of proven recruitment experience
– Experience with technical and/or manufacturing roles
– Strong sourcing skills
– Ability to work independently
– Based in Kyiv
– English: Intermediate or higher
– Pass a polygraph test in Kyiv is a must
