Reddit Manager / Ads Community Specialist

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands how Reddit works – not someone who simply posts content and hopes for the best.

Location: Prague office or remote
Employment: Full-time

What you'll do
Launch, manage and optimize Reddit Ads campaigns
Set up and manage two official brand subreddits
Create native Reddit content and community campaigns
Run promotional campaigns and AMAs
Monitor brand mentions and community feedback
Handle reputation management and public discussions
Build relationships with relevant subreddit moderators
Analyze results and improve our Reddit strategy

What we're looking for
1+ year of hands-on Reddit experience
Experience with Reddit Ads
Background in digital / performance marketing
English B2/C1
Experience with community management and moderation
Good understanding of Reddit culture and community guidelines
Analytical mindset and willingness to test and optimize
