Influencer Marketing Manager

Evestar is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to manage influencer, creator and affiliate programs for our e-commerce clients.
You'll be responsible for finding the right creators, building relationships with them, managing content production and tracking performance. The role is full-time and remote, with several client accounts.

What you'll do:
Find and manage creators
Find influencers, UGC creators and affiliates that match each client's product and audience
Research and evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement, audience fit and sales potential
Run creator outreach and manage communication
Build long-term relationships with creators and keep them active
Manage samples and content
Review and approve sample requests based on client criteria
Coordinate product seeding and follow up on content
Hire and manage paid UGC creators when needed
Create briefs
Prepare clear creator briefs with hooks, key product messages, do's and don'ts, and posting requirements
Turn TikTok trends, sounds and formats into content ideas creators can use
Manage creator communities
Run client creator communities on Discord
Handle onboarding, channels, roles and moderation
Share weekly updates, content ideas, product launches, commission boosts and challenges
Keep creators engaged through recognition, leaderboards and incentives
Track performance
Track creators recruited, samples sent, videos posted and sales generated
Identify top-performing creators and content
Prepare regular performance updates and share insights with the creative and paid media teams

What you'll bring
1+ year of experience in influencer, creator or affiliate marketing
Experience with creator search, outreach and relationship management
Good understanding of TikTok trends, formats and creator content
Experience writing creator briefs and/or managing UGC production
Strong written English and fast communication
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time

A plus:
TikTok Shop experience
Experience with affiliate programs
Experience managing creator communities on Discord
Experience working with e-commerce brands
