VIP Manager iGaming

We are looking for a VIP Manager to work with VIP players in the Brazilian market. We need a specialist who can build long-term relationships with players, provide a high level of service, and increase player loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Manage VIP players through personalized communication, ongoing support, and relationship development.
Improve player retention and engagement, and reactivate inactive users.
Develop personalized offers, bonuses, and promotions in collaboration with the CRM and Retention teams.
Monitor player activity and key performance indicators.
Handle VIP player requests and collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements
Experience as a VIP Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in iGaming / online casinos / betting.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to provide personalized service.
Portuguese fluent or native level.
English Intermediate level or higher.
Understanding of the Brazilian market.

Nice to have: Experience working with VIP players in Brazil, CRM systems, and bonus mechanics.
