Affiliate Manager / Sweepstakes Casino (USA)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 15:0000:00 Prague time
Compensation: Up to $2,000 per month + performance-based bonuses (KPI)
Payments: Official bank transfers; the company covers income tax separately
English: B2+ (C1 preferred)

Responsibilities
Independently source and acquire new affiliate partners for the US market.
Build and develop long-term relationships with affiliates.
Leverage an existing network of active affiliate partners.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiations to onboarding, traffic launch, and scaling.
Negotiate commercial terms using CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Identify and evaluate US traffic sources and assess the quality of acquired players.
Monitor key performance metrics, including FTDs, deposits, traffic profitability, and ROI.
Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postbacks.
Optimize partner performance, increase traffic volumes, and achieve agreed KPIs.
Track performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements
Hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing within Casino, iGaming, or Sweepstakes.
Recent experience working with US traffic is mandatory. Experience must be current or have ended within the last three months.
Understanding of the Sweepstakes Casino business model and its specifics.
An active network of affiliate partners who could potentially be onboarded.
Proven ability to independently source, negotiate with, onboard, and grow affiliate partnerships.
Knowledge of effective US traffic sources and experience evaluating traffic quality.
Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership models.
Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and postbacks.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
English B2+ for professional correspondence, calls, and negotiations; C1 is preferred.
A results-driven mindset and willingness to work toward clearly defined performance KPIs.
