Creative Marketing Manager (Performance / Meta Ads)

4Couple is a product IT company building a mobile app for couples. It helps partners stay connected, understand each other better and build stronger relationships.
We grow through paid acquisition on Meta, and creatives drive most of that growth. We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to own our creative pipeline from idea to tested result.

What you'll do
Own creative strategy for paid channels (Meta, TikTok) across existing and new product directions
Research competitors and the market to find new angles and hooks, then turn them into testable creative hypotheses
Brief, produce and launchcreative batches a day, both statics and video
Build and automate creative production and refresh workflows to reduce dependence on designers
Document tests (hypothesis, setup, results, learnings) and keep a creative knowledge base
Work with the performance team on analyzing creative metrics (CTR, CPA, CR, hook rate) and scale winners
Manage and brief freelance designers and video editors

Requirements
1.5+ year in creative marketing for performance (paid social / UA)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, with an understanding of how creatives affect auction and performance metrics
Experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) for scripts, briefs and workflow automation
Ability to write clear briefs and give structured feedback to designers
A test-and-learn mindset: you form hypotheses, read the data and draw conclusions
Working knowledge of Figma, Canva
