Sales Manager

ESKRO is an international marketplace specializing in ready-made companies and licensed financial businesses, including MSB, EMI, PI, CASP/VASP, and other regulated entities.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can independently manage clients from initial contact to deal closure and is confident in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and proactively develop new business opportunities
Communicate with clients via Telegram, LinkedIn, email, and calls
Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions
Present available companies, licenses, and related services
Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with the team
Negotiate deal terms and close sales
Conduct follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate lead and deal information in the CRM
Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams throughout the deal process

Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales
English B2+ – confident written and spoken communication
Experience conducting sales calls and negotiations
Ability to independently manage clients and close deals
Good understanding of sales pipelines and CRM systems
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Results-driven mindset and ability to meet KPIs

Experience in FinTech, Payments, Crypto, Banking, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Services, or financial licensing will be a strong advantage.
