HR Director

We are an international company with a fully remote team of 50+ employees. We are currently looking for an HR Director who will take charge of developing the HR function and working with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Managing and developing the company's HR function.
– Recruiting and hiring employees: managers, marketers, designers, and other specialists.
– Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
– Developing a performance review and employee evaluation system.
– Collaborating with team leaders on issues related to employees and their development.
– Fostering corporate culture and employee engagement.
– Working to improve retention and reduce employee turnover.
– Developing and refining HR processes and internal policies.
– Overseeing HR operations in collaboration with the HR Manager.
– Preparing HR reports and analytics for senior management.

We're looking for:
– At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the role of HR Lead, Head of HR, or HR Director.
– Experience working with international and remote teams.
– Strong recruiting and people management skills.
– Ability to independently establish and improve HR processes.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– English: confident working level.
