Retention and Bonus Manager

We are looking for a Retention and Bonus Manager

Requirements:
– 1.53+ years of experience in Bonuses, CRM, Retention;
– Experience independently launching promotional campaigns;
– In-depth understanding of bonus mechanics;
– Knowledge of key metrics: GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, Turnover, Conversion, and Retention;
– Understanding of player segmentation and lifecycle management;
– Experience with A/B testing;
– Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
– Ability to work with BI tools;
– Basic understanding of unit economics.

Responsibilities:
– Independently manage bonus campaigns end-to-end;
– Select bonus mechanics tailored to player segments and lifecycle stages;
– Define bonus terms and calculate their financial impact;
– Analyze campaign performance;
– Optimize Bonus Cost, Conversion, Turnover, and Revenue;
– Develop and test hypotheses;
– Manage the bonus calendar across multiple player segments and GEOs;
– Coordinate launches with CRM, Product, Analytics, Content, and VIP teams.
