Data Entry Specialist

Looking for a Data Entry specialist to join an ongoing Canadian project in healthcare sphere. Fully remote, long-term cooperation.
10:30 am – 7:00 pm GMT (Kyiv) +2

Duties: You will have to find and attach Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) to the products.

How does it work:
The client provides information on the product they need an SDS for via email.
Data Entry Specialist searches for the SDS within the system, if available and up-to-date – clicks to attach to the client database.
If SDS is not in the MySDS system or it is old/outdated, Data Entry Specialist uses a link from the MySDS System for the products manufacturer page to go to the manufacturer's website to find the SDS.
If not downloadable, Data Entry Specialist would contact the manufacturer via email to find the SDS (in both French and English) for that product.

Requirements:
Location: Ukraine
B1-B2 English, both verbal and written ( there will be team calls)
Data entry and excel skills are a must
Hardworking
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Work efficiently
