Senior Blockchain / DLT Engineer

Project Context
We are looking for an experienced Blockchain / DLT Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise digital asset platforms and asset tokenization solutions.
The role will focus on translating high-level architecture and business requirements into reliable, secure, and production-ready implementations for financial institutions and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts supporting digital asset issuance, tokenization, transfers, and lifecycle management.
Implement blockchain-based business logic and asset management workflows.
Develop integrations between DLT networks, backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.
Build and maintain transaction processing components, including asynchronous operations, event handling, and transaction state management.
Implement automated testing, including unit, integration, and fuzz testing.
Support blockchain infrastructure configuration, deployment automation, and CI/CD processes.
Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to technical design decisions and troubleshoot complex DLT integration challenges.
Support proof-of-concept, pilot, and production implementation activities.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM-compatible blockchain platforms.
Practical experience developing and deploying smart contracts.
Understanding of tokenization architectures and digital asset lifecycle management.
Experience integrating blockchain applications with backend systems and APIs.
Understanding of asynchronous processing, blockchain events, transaction finality, and failure handling.
Experience with smart contract testing frameworks, automated testing, and security best practices.
Familiarity with cloud environments, deployment pipelines, and version control.
Ability to work independently from architectural specifications.
Nice to Have
Experience with permissioned or enterprise DLT networks.
Experience with financial services, capital markets, or institutional digital assets.
Knowledge of custody integrations and transaction signing.
Familiarity with token standards and access-control mechanisms.
Experience with Rust or non-EVM blockchain ecosystems.
Polish language proficiency.
