Junior/Middle Lead Generation Manager

Hi! Tallium is looking for a motivated Junior/Middle Lead Generation Manager to run written communication with potential clients and support our outbound lead generation.

About the role
You'll handle written communication with potential clients on LinkedIn and email and run outreach campaigns using the tools, templates and processes we already have in place. About a year of lead generation experience is great, but students and people looking for their first job are welcome too. Motivation, soft skills and good written English matter most, and we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do
– Search for, qualify and segment potential clients on LinkedIn, by email and in other channels
– Run written communication with potential clients on LinkedIn and by email
– Set up and run automated outreach campaigns using existing tools and templates
– Use data collection and enrichment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Reply.io)
– Prepare company profiles and meeting notes

Who we're looking for
– English B2+ with strong written communication
– Strong motivation and willingness to grow in lead generation and B2B sales
– Good soft skills: self-organized, proactive, result-oriented
– Attention to detail
– Around 1 year in lead generation is a plus; students and first-job candidates are welcome

Nice to have
– Understanding of the IT Services industry
– Basic knowledge of B2B sales
– Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Reply.io, Snov.io or similar
– Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in daily work
