We are looking for a Account Manager to join our team!

Requirements:
– 3+ years in Account Management, Operations or Customer Success
– Experience in FinTech, Payments, PSP, Banking or Crypto
– CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo or similar)
– Crypto market knowledge
– Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets
– Experience building complex reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring frameworks
– Experience designing alerts and monitoring systems for key business and operational metrics
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Fluent English

Responsibilities:
– Maintaining, developing, and optimizing the client database and CRM, ensuring accurate client records, transparent tracking of all communications, and complete visibility of the client lifecycle across FINT products.
– Building and maintaining transparent reporting and CRM analytics, monitoring client activity, onboarding progress, operational performance, and key business metrics.
– Analyzing client needs and business requirements, identifying the most effective solutions and coordinating their implementation.
– Applying analytical skills to client and operational data, identifying trends, improving internal processes, and enhancing the overall client experience.
– Providing day-to-day support to clients, ensuring high-quality service, timely responses, and efficient resolution of payment-related issues and operational inquiries.
– Preparing and maintaining operational documentation, internal
procedures, and knowledge base materials to standardize workflows and improve team efficiency.
– Planning operational activities based on business needs and preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders.
– Developing in-depth expertise in company products and services to provide accurate consultation and deliver an exceptional client experience.
