Business Analyst

ZentixSoft is looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to lead discovery, gather and analyze business requirements, manage stakeholder communication, and support the development team in delivering solutions aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities
– Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
– Understand the client's business, processes, goals, and challenges.
– Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
– Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
– Communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams.
– Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and designers.
– Support the development team throughout implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
– Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
– Support UAT and validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
– Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements
– 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.
– Experience leading discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
– Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC.
– Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
– Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
– Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
– Experience working with cross-functional development teams in Agile environments.
– Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage changing requirements and competing priorities.
– Good command of written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

– Knowledge of BPMN, UML, REST APIs, and system integrations.
– Experience working with international clients.
