Deputy CFO

We are looking for an experienced Deputy CFO to join our international iGaming group and become a key partner to the CFO in managing and developing the finance function.
The role combines operational finance management, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting and team leadership across multiple legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage treasury operations and cash flows across the group.
Oversee liquidity, payment calendar and payment approval processes.
Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts and management reporting.
Monitor budget execution and analyze financial variances.
Lead the month-end closing process and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Manage and develop the finance team.
Build and improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
Support the CFO in financial planning and business decision-making.
Act as a key point of contact for finance-related matters across the business.
Requirements
Experience in iGaming, Betting, FinTech, Crypto, Forex, Payments or another fast-paced digital business.
Previous experience in a senior finance role: Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, Finance Director, Senior Finance Manager or similar.
Strong hands-on experience in treasury, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Experience managing a finance team.
Experience working with multiple legal entities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage priorities and make financial decisions in a fast-changing environment.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will Be a Plus
Experience in an international company.
Experience managing cash flows across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Experience building or improving finance processes from scratch.
Strong knowledge of multi-currency operations.
Understanding of iGaming payments, PSPs and international payment infrastructure.
Experience with financial automation and BI tools.
