Ecommerce Retention Marketing Manager

Evestar is an eCommerce marketing agency focused on helping online brands grow through performance marketing, email marketing, creative, and technology.
We are looking for an Ecommerce Retention Marketing Manager to join our team and work directly with our eCommerce clients.

What you'll do
Work directly with clients in English
Develop email/retention content plans and campaign calendars
Plan and execute email campaigns
Build and optimize Klaviyo flows
Work with segmentation and personalization
Analyze campaign and flow performance
Identify opportunities to improve retention and revenue
Communicate results and recommendations to clients
Manage several client accounts and priorities simultaneously
Use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality across research, content planning, campaign creation, analysis, and day-to-day marketing tasks

What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in eCommerce retention, lifecycle, or email marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo
Experience building automated flows and email campaigns
Understanding of eCommerce and email marketing metrics
Strong spoken and written English
Confident client-facing communication skills
Good organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Comfortable working with AI tools and incorporating AI into everyday marketing workflows
Availability to work US Eastern Time (EST/ET)

Nice to have
Shopify experience
SMS marketing experience
Experience with customer segmentation and personalization
Previous agency experience
Experience working with US eCommerce brands
Experience using AI tools for marketing, content, research, or analytics
