Key Responsibilities:
Managing player retention strategies (basic, bonus management experience is important here), including the development and implementation of bonus programmes.
Formation and optimisation of business processes in the marketing department.
Analysis of player behaviour and development of personalised offers to increase loyalty.
Managing operational marketing, including planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Implementing and managing marketing automation tools.
Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
Analysing market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned.

Your Profile:
Experience in managing bonus programmes and player retention strategies.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and analytics tools.
Experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the gaming industry.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
Ability to effectively manage a team and inspire employees.
Experience working with data and analytics to make informed decisions.
Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
