We are an American recruiting company with more than 30 years of success in the US recruiting market. We are excited to expand our team and are looking for a dedicated HR specialist to join us.

What do we ask for?
1 year+ of experience in administration and/or Human Resources.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently within a dynamic environment.
Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Personal laptop or PC
Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
Availability to work during the following fixed schedule Monday through Friday: from 3 pm till midnight Kyiv time (8 hours with a 1-hour break).

What does this role involve?
Help with candidate's onboarding: collect documents, check correctness
Administer employees and contractors documents: separation, change of roles, salary
Conduct background check and drug testing
Administer benefits packages: insurances, 401k. Enroll employees
Communicate with employees and contractors
Work closely with recruiting team when we receive an offer
