Junior IT Project Manager

Must Have Skills:
– Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and higher);
– A strong desire to study IT subject field;
– Strong written and verbal communication skills;
– High communication availability (be always in touch with clients and upper-management);
– High stress resistance and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:
– Basic personal experience as a developer/QA/PM and deep understanding of software development process;
– Proven experience of direct communication with foreign clients.

As a project manager you will:
– Manage multiple web development projects;
– Solve workflow and technical issues (in collaboration with tech specialist);
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients;
– Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
