Lead Generation Specialist Upwork

CodeSeek – software development company from Lviv specializing in custom software development, web platforms, and mobile applications.
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us find and qualify potential clients and support business growth.

Responsibilities
Search for potential clients on Upwork and other platforms;
Analyze and qualify leads and project opportunities;
Write personalized cover letters and submit proposals;
Communicate with potential clients and gather their requirements;
Maintain the lead database and update CRM information;
Prepare regular reports on completed work and progress;
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and hand over qualified leads.

Requirements
English level: B1+ (Strong Intermediate) or higher;
Understanding of basic IT terminology and software development concepts;
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills;
Proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Will be a plus
Experience in lead generation or similar roles;
Experience with sales tools
Courses or certifications in sales / lead generation
