We are looking for a motivated and communicative person who wants to start a career in IT and sales.

Responsibilities
Search for potential clients for our IT services.
Research companies and identify decision-makers.
Find and collect leads using LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Conduct initial communication with potential clients.
Maintain and update lead databases in CRM / Notion.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements
English level: B1 or higher.
Strong motivation to learn and develop in IT and lead generation.
Good communication and research skills.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
Self-organization, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.

Will be a plus, but not required:
Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or email outreach.
Basic understanding of the IT industry, outsourcing, or outstaffing.
