Media Buyer Team Lead (Search Arbitrage)

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in media buying with a focus on Facebook or TikTok, and a proven track record of managing and leading a team of media buyers. Additionally, the candidate should perfectly know all key metrics used in performance marketing.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

– Lead and manage a team of media buyers to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery on KPIs;
– Create and execute media buying strategies across Facebook or TikTok;
– Conduct regular data analysis and campaign reporting to identify areas of optimization and drive performance improvements;
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors;
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure best practices are being implemented.

What We Look For (Requirements):

– Minimum of 4 years of experience in media buying with a focus on Facebook or TikTok;
– Proven experience in managing and leading a team of media buyers;
Experience in search arbitrage;
– Understanding of basic metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, etc.;
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors;
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
– English Upper Intermediate or higher.
