PHP Tech Lead

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team of amazing specialists for innovative fintech project. This role will oversee all backend development team, be responsible for our backend stack and contribute to overall product technical vison.

Вимоги:
At least 3 years of experience in Team/Tech lead role
Deep understanding of Symfony / DDD / Hexagonal architecture
Confidence with PostgreSQL, Redis
Experience with Rabbit MQ / Kafka
Understanding of security, deployment processes, SAST tools
Ability to read and communicate in English
Understanding of agile methodologies / scrum
