RF Engineer

We are looking for a Senior RF Engineer to take ownership of the radio communication subsystem across the full development cycle from RF hardware and antenna design to embedded firmware, system integration, testing, and field validation.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with RF hardware, wireless communication systems, antennas, and embedded development.
Responsibilities
Design and improve RF circuits, RF front ends, and PCB layouts.
Develop and integrate antenna solutions for compact mobile platforms.
Work with receiver/transmitter chains, filters, amplifiers, impedance matching, and frequency synthesis.
Develop embedded firmware for STM32-based radio modules in C.
Integrate RF transceivers using SPI, UART, and I2C.
Design and optimize reliable communication links, including link-budget analysis.
Work with modulation, frequency hopping, spread-spectrum techniques, and mesh networking.
Integrate telemetry communication with flight controllers via MAVLink.
Identify and mitigate EMI/EMC issues and onboard interference.
Improve communication-link robustness in interference-heavy and contested RF environments.
Perform RF measurements using spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, and related equipment.
Conduct laboratory and field testing and support product validation and certification.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in RF / wireless communication systems.
Proven full-cycle experience: schematic PCB bring-up testing field validation.
Strong experience with RF hardware and antenna systems.
Strong knowledge of STM32 and embedded C.
Practical experience with RF measurement equipment.
Solid understanding of digital communication systems and radio-link design.
Experience with real-world hardware products or systems deployed in the field.
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership of the RF subsystem.
English sufficient for technical documentation.
Nice to Have
Experience with UAVs, avionics, or other mobile embedded platforms.
Experience with electronic warfare, anti-jamming, or congested RF environments.
Knowledge of LoRa / LPWAN, mesh networks, MAVLink, or SDR.
Experience with RF product certification.
