This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and motivated by building relationships and helping potential clients find the right services. There is a clear development path for this role to become a Junior Sales Consultant and Sr Sales Expert. If you are an ambitious sales professional you can grow with Chern & Co.

Requirements
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer support or business development
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) as this role involves daily communication with international entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners in English.
Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Bitrix24, Zoho, etc.)
Experience with inbound client communication and outbound prospecting, conducting qualification calls, and booking meetings.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable with KPIs
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Work with inbound leads from LinkedIn, website, and marketing campaigns
Conduct qualification calls and identify client needs
Book meetings for Sales Consultants
Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Maintain follow-ups and manage leads in CRM
Help move prospects through the sales pipeline
Would be a plus
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or online sales
Additional languages (German, Spanish, Chinese, etc.)
Ambition to grow into a closing / Sales Consultant role
