We are looking for a Sports Retention Manager to work with our sports audience in India. This is a full-cycle role from idea and segmentation to campaign launch in CRM and performance analysis.

What you'll do
Develop the sports loyalty program: mechanics, levels, rewards and economics.
Create and launch gamification in Smartico: missions, tournaments, achievements and leaderboards.
Plan retention campaigns around the sports calendar: IPL, major tournaments and seasonal events.
Build campaigns end-to-end: idea segmentation Smartico launch post-analysis.
Work with RFM, lifecycle and behavioral segmentation.
Run A/B tests and work with control groups.
Analyze retention, uplift, bonus spend and cost per retained player.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming.
Experience specifically in Sports Betting is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms: Smartico is a strong plus; Optimove, Fast Track and Symplify are also relevant.
Experience with segmentation, bonus mechanics and gamification.
Understanding of betting audiences and retention cycles around sporting events.
Knowledge of cohort analysis, A/B testing, control groups and basic bonus economics.
Strong autonomy and ability to work without daily management.
English sufficient for documentation and business communication.
Nice to have: experience with the India GEO and cricket audience, knowledge of IPL, loyalty programs and Responsible Gaming.
