Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Requirements:
1,5+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer;
Experience in mass/high-volume recruitment;
Fluent Russian and conversational level (B1+) in one of the following languages: English, Uzbek, Spanish, French;
Experience handling a large flow of candidates without losing quality or speed;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Responsibility, results-orientation, ability to quickly switch between tasks, stress resistance;
Confident PC skills, experience with ATS systems, Excel.

Responsibilities:
Conduct active and passive sourcing of candidates for support specialist positions and operational roles in a mass-hiring format;
Manage the full recruitment cycle: from first contact to the candidate's start date;
Conduct initial screenings and interviews;
Manage 10+ positions open at the same time;
Collaborate closely with hiring managers: identify needs, provide regular feedback on pipeline status;
Maintain reporting on the hiring pipeline and key metrics (time-to-hire, stage conversion rates, etc.);
Keep the candidate database up to date.
