Agentic AI Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, MCP, and advanced automation workflows.

Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI development.
Strong understanding and practical experience with MCP.
Experience with automation tools and workflow automation platforms like n8n.
Experience working with AI tools such as Claude.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, AI agents, and backend integrations.
Experience with prompt engineering, prompt design, and prompt evaluation.

Nice to Have:
Experience working with AWS.
Experience with CRM systems, customer lifecycle, retention analytics, or marketing automation platforms.
Experience building production-grade AI automations or agent-based systems.
