The role

Own Meta end-to-end for quiz web paywall checkout app unlock:

Build and run Advantage+ Sales for web Purchase / Subscribe (not app-install as the monetization event)

Pixel + CAPI hygiene, dedupe, EMQ signal stack you trust at scale

Creative portfolio management: load diverse creatives into few ad sets; kill / promote; concept vs iteration tests

Read creative-level diagnostics (thumbstop / hook / hold) and feed the Creative Strategist + PMM

Unit economics: CPA, ROAS, trialpaid, LTV, payback / break-even days not vanity spend

US-first launch discipline; expand geos only after a theme works

As lean Head of UA: process, naming taxonomy, weekly loop with PMM + Creative Strategist; hire/onboard the next Meta buyers later

Must-have experience (do not apply without this)

Hands-on Meta on web2app / web subscription / quiz funnel / hard paywall products you can walk ad quiz paywall app unlock with real numbers

Personal ownership of meaningful Meta spend on that vertical (target: six-figure monthly experience or clear path to it)

Advantage+ / broad / creative-diversity literacy (Andromeda-era buying)

Retention / payback literate you kill high-CR themes that destroy LTV

English B2+ for daily written work; Ukrainian or Russian fluent
