Financial Director

We are looking for a CFO to build and lead the finance function of a Web3 fintech product in an international market.

What you'll do
Own finance end to end: accounting, reporting, budgeting and FP&A.
Manage the crypto/fiat treasury: liquidity, risk, custody and multisig operations.
Shape and support tokenomics, vesting and token-related financial modeling.
Lead fundraising (equity and token rounds) and work with VCs, exchanges and market makers.
Build and lead the finance team.
Build the financial model, annual budget and rolling forecasts; track unit economics and key KPIs.
Manage cash flow, runway and burn; set spending policies and approval flows.
Prepare reporting and analysis for the CEO, board and investors.

Must-haves
1.5+ years in a senior finance role at a web3/crypto company – required.
5+ years of overall finance experience.
Hands-on crypto treasury experience (custodians, Safe multisig, DeFi counterparty risk).
Solid knowledge of crypto and fintech regulation and digital-asset accounting.
Strong FP&A skills: budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and runway planning in volatile markets.
Experience building financial models and investor/board reporting
