Game Designer (iGaming)

We are Formula Spin – an ambitious team specializing in the development of slots games. Our mission is to create innovative, engaging, and high-quality games that set new industry standards. We are currently looking for an experienced Game Designer to drive processes and product development.

Responsibilities:
Create new slot Game Design Document (themes, mechanics, features, trends)
Analyze market trends and competitors to define product direction
Manage and coordinate artists, Spine animators, sound designers, math designers, developers, and localization teams
Ensure game vision, quality across full production

Requirements:
1.5+ years as a Game Designer/Game Producer/Product Manager/Product Owner in iGaming
Experience creating GDD's from scratch
Understanding of slot mechanics, math models, and player engagement psychology
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (art, animation, math, sound, dev, localization)

Language skills:
English – B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
Ukrainian/Russian – B1 would be a plus
