HRM / People Partner (iGaming)

We are an international iGaming group operating since 2020, with several sports and casino brands in our portfolio. Over the past year, we have doubled our scale and continue to expand globally.
Our team already consists of more than 200 people, and we are looking for an HRM / People Partner who has experience building and optimizing HR processes in a growing company.
We are actively developing and looking for a specialist who will help us strengthen our HR processes and support the team's continued growth.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Specialist, People Partner)
Understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, document flow, HR systems)
Experience with HRM or HRIS systems (a strong plus)
High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work systematically with data
Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach

Responsibilities
Employee onboarding and offboarding (documents, access, welcome procedures)
Administration of HR systems (HRM, HRIS) and maintaining employee databases
Managing and controlling access to corporate resources and tools
Preparing and updating documents (job descriptions, instructions, regulations)
Supporting internal HR processes (employee records, reporting, lists, birthdays, communications)
Assisting managers and employees with day-to-day HR-related requests
