About the Role:
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing support team. As a Support Manager, you will:
Provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for enhancing client experience and retention.
Analyze client feedback and support data to inform improvements in our services and platform.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for learning and a willingness to grow.
Advanced or Upper Intermediate level of English and Russian language.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus points:
Experience in customer support or a related field (a plus, not mandatory).
Fluency in Italian, French, or German (a valuable asset).

Monthly Base Salary:
First Month: 375 EUR
Third Month: raise of 50-75 EUR gross is possible (dependent on client satisfaction and support metrics)
