Night Support Manager

We are a modern online project with an international audience, where user experience, response speed, and security play a key role. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Night Support Manager to help us maintain a high level of service.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming user requests via LiveChat
Assist with technical, general, and payment-related inquiries
Provide guidance on platform functionality, bonus policies, and verification procedures
Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
Contribute to the improvement of internal support processes

Requirements:
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Stress resistance and strong attention to detail
Technical literacy, understanding of blockchain fundamentals
Experience in iGaming is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with LiveChat or similar systems is a plus
