Product Manager (Igaming)

ArtiGaming is looking for a Product Manager to own the development of existing iGaming projects and launch a new online casino – from concept to release.

Head-level role: product strategy, cross-department collaboration, full responsibility for key metrics.

Responsibilities:

– Own the product lifecycle: from idea to release and beyond.
– Define strategy and roadmap, prioritize features and hypotheses.
– Analyze market, competitors, and player needs.
– Manage integrations in coordination with relevant departments: game providers, payments, bonus & CRM solutions.
– Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, analytics, marketing, support, payments,).
– Track KPIs: LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn, Conversion, Funnel analytics.
– Optimize player journey: from registration to retention and reactivation.
– Represent the company at conferences, research iGaming trends.

Requirements:
– At least 2 years experience as Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst in iGaming / casino.
– Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey.
– Experience with analytics, A/B testing, KPI metrics.
– Ownership mindset and decision-making skills.
– Conversational English must have.

Nice to have:
– Experience launching products from scratch on a self-coded platform.
– Knowledge of compliance in different jurisdictions.
– Experience in Tier1-2 (EU) markets.
