SMS Campaign Manager / Media Buyer (US, Nutra / Insurance / Finance)

Exuma is a performance marketing startup focused on the US market. We generate leads for advertisers in Nutra, Insurance and Finance, with SMS as our main channel, running on our own in-house campaign platform. We're AI-driven: we believe that with today's AI tools nothing is impossible.

We're looking for an experienced media buyer who wants to take full ownership of a revenue channel: no traffic buying costs, no ad-account bans, just audiences, creatives, offers and results.

Requirements:
– 3+ years in affiliate marketing (media buying, traffic arbitrage or performance)
– Must have: experience with US geo
– Track record of launching and scaling campaigns on your own, with ownership of ROI
– Confident with numbers and metrics (EPC, CR, CTR, ROI, opt-out rate)
– Must have: hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
– English: conversational B1+, written C1
– Self-driven: you don't wait for instructions, you act and own the result

Nice to have:
– Experience with SMS traffic
– Nutra / Insurance / Finance verticals
– HTML/CSS

Responsibilities:
– Create and test SMS creatives using AI
– Find winning combinations of audience + creative + offer + landing page
– Review and manage landing pages: edit them yourself or suggest changes to improve conversion
– Analyze traffic and audience behavior, build and test hypotheses
– Run campaigns end-to-end in our internal platform: setup, segmentation, multi-step flows, send monitoring
– Scale profitable combinations and own the results in numbers
