UI/UX Product Designer

Hey! We are looking for a new team member to join our company! As a UI/UX Product Designer at Lynksen, you will play an important role in our mission in developing human-centric digital products

Responsibilities:

Participate in Customer Discovery and user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, product analytics).
Create User Flows, Personas, and Information Architecture to guide the design process.
Develop Wireframes and UI kits.
Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma with animations and transitions.
Provide design consultations and advisory to internal teams and external clients.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

4+ years of UI/UX design experience.
Strong knowledge of UX processes and research methods.
Solid grasp of UI design principles and techniques.
Empathy and ability to identify target audience needs.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Experience with user behavior tracking, A/B testing, usability testing.
Skills in color, composition, and typography hierarchy.
Basic understanding of software development and technology.
Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency in both written and spoken form.
Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects (required).

Nice-to-Have:

Experience working with C-level executives.
Collaboration with marketing/sales teams.
Work experience in Scrum.
Early-stage startup background.
