VIP Account Manager (Spanish)

Love building real relationships and know how to make high-value players feel truly special? An international iGaming product focused on the LATAM market is looking for a Spanish-speaking VIP Account Manager to take care of its most valued players.

What you'll do
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP players
Act as the main point of contact for your assigned cohort of players
Monitor player activity and engage proactively to increase retention and lifetime value (LTV)
Identify player needs and offer tailored bonuses, promotions and experiences
Execute and optimize VIP campaigns and promotions
Track player behavior, segmentation and performance metrics
Report on your cohort's results at weekly team meetings

What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in VIP Account Management, preferably in iGaming (experience as a VIP Account Manager in other industries will also be considered)
Native or fluent Spanish, English – B2
Experience with at least one CRM system (e.g., Zendesk, Voiso)
Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret player data
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
Understanding of Responsible Gambling principles

Nice to have
Portuguese (a strong advantage)
Experience working with LATAM markets
