VIP Managers Team Lead (LATAM)

Hi! We are looking for a VIP Managers Team Lead (LATAM) to head our team.
We are seeking a Team Lead for our personal account managers in the LATAM GEO. Right from the start, you will help build the team: hiring managers, establishing VIP player management processes, and preparing the team for regional growth.

We expect you to:
Be fluent in Portuguese (B2 level or higher) for communication with both the team and players.
Have 1+ years of experience in team management.
Understand player retention principles, personalized communication, and bonus mechanics.
Know how to organize team workflows, provide actionable feedback, and track key performance metrics.

Your key responsibilities:
Participate in hiring and onboarding personal managers.
Organize daily team operations and distribute VIP players among account managers.
Build communication workflows for VIP players: define standards, scripts, quality control, and handle escalations.
Coach managers, conduct regular communication reviews, and help the team improve performance.
Monitor VIP player activity, retention, and development; prepare reports and propose data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with CRM, Bonuses, Analytics, and local GEO Support teams.

Nice to have:
Experience working with Latin American markets.
Experience building a team or launching a VIP department from scratch.
Understanding of Argentinian Spanish nuances and localized player communication.
